Painting, flooring, carpeting, tile work, granite tops, quartz tops, and demo work was done in a timely fashion. The results were startling! Brad had the most through approach to our whole house remodel.  We spoke with three noted "Contractors". He came back several times with the different trades to get "firm bids" for the job. His "bid" was actually in the middle. The job took six months during which time we lived in an apartment. We checked on things almost daily. He kept us informed and there were no surprises. I know there are horror stories out there but ours was quite pleasant.

I am also a Real Estate Broker and have listed and Sold his homes four different times. He stands behind his work and always makes the Customer feel great. The price range of the homes he has Listed and Sold have been from 300k to 2 million. He is low key and professional and a pleasure to do business with.

Brad Skreen and team did a professional job from concept through installation.  Brad has done a couple projects for us including re-building a very large deck.  He was cost conscious...yet recommended solutions that would enhance the value of our home.  His installers were punctual and courteous.  The quality of the work was outstanding.

Brad even voluntarily did a simple side project while on site and did not charge for his service in that area.  That was not expected...but appreciated.

Brad Skreen did renovations of three bathrooms and one laundry room for us. They weren't total tear-outs and rebuilds, and Brad was easy to work with in meeting our needs and budgets. What little work we weren't totally satisfied with was quickly corrected. In fact, Brad noticed some defects in work that we hadn't seen and had them corrected. He did a good job in ordering tile (not overbuying), guiding us to suppliers and hiring high quality workmen. He was onsite once or twice almost every day work was being done. When a tub was chipped during demolition, he took care of the repair out of his pocket. I wouldn't say his price was cheap, but it seemed entirely reasonable. Some months after the bathroom work, no problems have cropped up.
